And TAKE OFF!
Thank you for your good wishes. The past couple of weeks have been very difficult, moving out of the Burien House and getting things in storage. Too much in there. And Dallon getting settled up on the land. Whew. That was tiring. We stay at the at the Hilton near the airport Friday night and I left at 5am to catch a 7am plane to Miami. Kerry and Rebecca and I met up at the gate. The flight to Dallas I dozed off and on. And I got upgraded from there to Miami. We got a taxi van to the Doubletree in Coconut Grove. I got to my room and all of a sudden there was noise and I thought oh no..it's going to be hell. But no, I looked out the window and there was a wedding by the pool. We walked around the area and found the C.G. Playhouse which had announced it's 50th season with a host of stars but had been shut down. We were all pretty upset by that. We ate at nice restaurant I only had soup and salad, which was plenty. When we came back to the hotel, Kerry helped me try to reduce the poundage of my suitcase as it's only allowed to be 50 pounds and it weighed in at Seattle with 56 pounds. So hopefully we have take care of that. I spoke to Dallon, my sisters, father, mother. Checked my e-mail and hit the sack. When I woke up with the radio alarm this morning. It took me 15 minutes to hear it. Took my supplements and altitude drugs. Will stretch and shower get packed and then it will be almost time to go back to the airport to check in for the flight to Boliva. It is a 6.5 hour flight from Miami and we will land at 13,000 feet and be met by Embassy personel and the film crew. Well, hope that bring everyone up to date. Could still use funds for the documentary. So friends, check out Suzilah.com and give a buck or two...if you feel like it. More from south of the equator soon.
